70 Series LandCruiser Acoustic Door Seal Kit

Turn down the volume on your 70 Series cabin. This acoustic door seal kit closes off the gaps the factory rubber leaves behind, blocking the wind rush and tyre roar that make long stints behind the wheel hard work. The result is a calmer, more composed drive where conversation, music and phone calls all come through cleanly instead of fighting the noise.

The difference comes down to the bulb. Each seal carries a hollow bulb section that squashes flat as the door swings shut, filling the gap between the door and the body so the opening becomes almost airtight. That tighter closure is what knocks the cabin noise down, and it is also why the doors shut with a more solid, reassuring feel once the kit is in.

Fitting is about as simple as upgrades get. The seals press straight into your existing door channels with no glue, no fasteners, no drilling and no trip to the workshop. Most owners have every door done inside half an hour. If the rubber feels stiff on a cold morning, leave it in the sun for a few minutes first and it seats into the channel far more easily.

On top of the quieter ride, the improved seal does a better job of holding back dust and fine particles, which is a real bonus for anyone spending time on dirt and corrugations. Cleaner cabin air, less noise, and a more refined drive from one straightforward job.

Fitment

Suits the 70 Series LandCruiser range. Please note the following exceptions: it will not suit 79 Series single cabs from 2016 onward due to the airbag setup, and it is not recommended for 2024 and later facelift models, as the reduced factory door gap can make the doors hard to close and limits how well the seal performs.
